(1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The Operator, as Data Controller, defines all related terms in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The “User” is the data subject in terms of this policy.

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies only to this website and not to third-party websites accessible via links.

1.3 The Operator processes data in compliance with applicable laws including the GDPR, UK-GDPR, the Hungarian Info Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Providing data is voluntary. By accepting this Policy, the User consents to data processing.

1.4 If a User acts on behalf of another person, it is their responsibility to ensure consent is obtained. Legal representatives must act on behalf of minors or those with limited capacity.

(1.4) DATA PROCESSING DETAILS

1.4.1 Registration or Purchase

Some services require registration or purchase. Data is processed only for service delivery and communication.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance

• Data processed: Full name, email, address, phone number

• Retention: Until the user deletes their account; billing data retained per law.
  
  

If courier delivery is selected, delivery data is shared with the contracted courier (see GTC). Only employees of the Webshop have access.

1.4.2 Newsletter Subscription

Users may subscribe independently of registration.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent

• Data processed: Full name, email address

1.4.3 Account Inactivity

If an account is unused for 10 years, all data is deleted.
Users may request deletion, correction, or restriction of data anytime. Data required by law cannot be deleted.

1.4.4 Storage and Security

Data is stored electronically on secure servers, and billing data is stored at the company’s office. The Operator takes all reasonable IT and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access.

(2) USERS’ RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROCESSING

2.1 Right to Access, Correction, Deletion

Users may request information about their personal data including:

• Purpose, legal basis, duration

• Data processor info

• Data breach details

• Legal basis and recipient of any transfer

📬 Requests are free once per year. A second request may incur a fee of HUF 2,000 + VAT, refundable if the request is justified.

2.2 Right to Timely Response

The Operator must respond within 30 days, with justification in case of refusal. Users may appeal to court within 30 days of response.

2.3 Confidentiality and Data Sharing

Data is confidential and only shared if legally required or necessary to enforce contractual rights.

2.4 Right to Rectification and Erasure

Personal data must be corrected if incorrect, and deleted if:

• Processing is unlawful

• Purpose has ended

• User requests it

If the accuracy of data is contested, it may be marked until resolved.
